香菇肉燥 Mushroom Mince Meat



主要食材
蓝瘦的香菇 10个(泡发切条)
肉末 500克 (抛打出韧性)
香菇和肉末倒在一起,加入酱油 胡椒 料酒 麻油 蚝油 黑酱油 薯粉腌制
小葱 5颗(去皮切开)
水 适量

做法
小葱爆香,把全部食材倒入锅里加水,煮熟后用薯粉勾芡即可


Ingredient
Chinese mushroom 5 pcs (Soak in water soften and cut into strip)
Mince meat 500 g (Toss/beat the meat in bowl until the meat turn white-ish)
Marinate mushroom+beaten meat with soy sauce, pepper, cooking wine, sesame oil, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, potato starch
Shallot 5 pcs (remove skin and cut)
Right amount of water

Steps:
Saute the shallot until fragrant, pour everything else in the pot, add water to cover the ingredient and boil until cooked. Lastly, add in corn starch water to thicken the sauce
