做法
等上汤滚开, 
下面粉糕/面条,小心拨开避免粘连
下肉末
下青菜
待面粉糕/面条及肉末浮起即可装碗添加配料享用

配料
炸江鱼仔
炸小葱头油

Minced meat (marinate with pepper,sesame oil, soy sauce,cooking wine, beaten until white-ish)
Green veg

Steps
Bring the stock to boil
Add in the shaped dough, stir so that the dough do not stick
Add minced meat
add veg
the dish is ready when the dough and meat is floating

Side dishes
Fried Ikan bilis (dried small fish)
Fried shallot oil
