桔子辣椒 Calamansi Lime Chili Paste

常用于搭配板面/面粉糕
For matching Ban Mian/ Mee Hoon Kuih



配料
大红辣椒/大青辣椒/ 小辣椒 各3条(怕辣减少小辣椒,所有辣椒洗净放进锅里用水川烫后捞起)
岜拉煎 一汤匙 (以干锅小火烤香)
酸柑 10-15颗 (挤汁去籽)
糖 一汤匙

做法
所有材料丢进搅拌机搅碎(或石臼捣碎)
上菜啦!

收藏
装进全干的容器放冰箱
可以耐 1~2星期


Ingredient
Big red chili, Big green chili, Chili padi x 3 each (reduce chili padi to reduce spiciness, wash and blanch in hot water)
Belacan 1 tbsp  (grill on small fire without oil until fragrance)
Calamansi lime 10-15pcs (squeeeze out all juice, remove seed)
Sugar 1 tbsp 

Steps
Throw everything into the blender (or stone mortar) and that's it!

Storage
Keep with a completely dry container in the fridge
Can last for around 1~2 week
