面粉糕系列: 面粉团 Dough for Mee Hoon Kuih


主要食材
鸡蛋 一颗
面粉 2杯
薯粉 一汤匙
盐 一茶匙
水 适量
铁碗/铁盆 一个
(小编曾在制作过程中打烂了很珍贵的大瓷盆...)

做法
在盆中打入一颗鸡蛋
先放一半的面粉
加水搅拌搓揉
太硬加水太软加粉直至不沾手
重要的来了!
拿起整块面团用力的抛进盆里,再抓起来,再抛!
抛个十几次直到表面光滑即可


Main Ingredient
Egg 1 pcs
Plain flour 2 cups
Corn starch 1 tbsp
a pinch of salt
Right amount of water
Metal container (for dough beating) x1

Steps
Crack an egg, add half of the flour
add water and knead
(add water if its too hard, add flour if its too soft until the dough is not sticking to hand)
Then, beat the dough* until it has smooth and shinny surface.
Then shape the dough 

*Here's how to beat a dough:
Lift the whole dough in the air, and smack it hard into the METAL bowl.
(Treat the dough as your enemy or people you hate most in the world)
pick it up and smack it hard again!
Do this more for than 10 times until the surface is smooth and shinny!
